FOCUSED WORKING DUO: CONFERENCE ROOMS 10 + 11
The identically sized conference rooms 10 and 11 are located in the northern part of Messe Freiburg right opposite hall 4. Both rooms have a large glazed frontage looking onto the gallery.
The two rooms can be partially or fully shaded and boast state-of-the-art event technology – provided by our technical partner. Of course, the conference rooms benefit from barrier-free access via a lift between the two spaces, and this means they can’t be combined. The spacious areas in the gallery at the front, the foyer on the ground floor and, if required, hall 4 mean you have a whole event space that can meet any number of demands.
It’s important to us that you are totally undisturbed in your area. That’s why even if you only hire part of a space, the neighbouring spaces will remain unused.

GALLERY AND FOYER
Situated in the front of the conference rooms is a gallery, which can be used for catering during breaks, for example. You can enjoy seclusion and tranquillity away from the noise of the trade fair here, as well as the view of the Kaiserstuhl hills and Vosges mountains. If participant numbers exceed the capacity of the gallery or the event concept specifies a combination of catering and a supporting exhibition, the spacious foyer in the entrance area to hall 4 can be used. This can also be used for registration, a cloakroom or a media desk.
OPTIONS FOR EXPANSION
There are many options for the optimum configuration of the conference rooms. We see more than just chairs, tables, screens and projectors. Get in touch with us regarding other special uses of the halls or particular furniture and we’ll be happy to help.
USE OF HALL 4
Should you need extra exhibition space, a larger plenary room or an additional event location, hall 4 is available. The flexible room partitioning using curtains allows you to divide up the hall into the right size areas as required.

ELECTRICAL AND LAN CONNECTIONS
Both rooms have several floor boxes with electrical and data connections, and further outlets in the walls. This means you avoid trip hazards caused by awkwardly laid cables. The LAN connections provide access to high-speed internet and the internal network, so you can transfer data within the conference rooms.
We’ll be happy to support you with setting up a central media desk or to provide you with a full service. In this way, you’ll be able to coordinate your event easily and extremely efficiently.
